is there any under or over absorption of overheads in ABC costing approach? if not then why? please guide meYes – there could be over/under absorption, because we use budget figures and actual figures could be different.
This itself is not an ABC problem, but it becomes a variance problem – don’t worry about it as part of ABC. You will deal with it when you come to variances.
