Dear John sir,

This was asked as a true/false in section A. The answer is false, but they do not provide proper justification. Could you help me understand it?

ABB will not be able to provide useful information for a total quality management programme (TQM).

Because ABB focuses on individual activities and their cost drivers, it is useful in a TQM environment to help identify the cost-effectiveness of activities.
