Why would you want to do AAT?
Im not sure ACCA allow it anyways, you’d have to check with ACCA first.

You can get CAT certificate if you completed F1-F3. But you might have to pay exemption fee (exam fee for every paper of CAT).

It really isn’t worth it. It adds no value at all since you have completed fundamentals.

You can gain the BSc from Oxford Brookes for about GBP 90.

    Just clarifying certain terms:
BSc in Applied Accounting – Degree
Acca (Complete Course) – Advanced Diploma
    ACCA (Fundamental level) – Diploma
    CAT – Diploma
    AAT – Diploma

*Diploma and Advanced Diploma are professional qualifications while degree is an academic qualification.

If you are working in accounts/audit, professional qualification may be sufficient. If you are working in industry, degree may be compulsory and a professional qualification might be an added advantage or sometimes even unnecessary.

A good cv would have a combination of both academic and professional qualifications.

The BSc by OBU is not from a top business school but I guess you have ACCA to cover up for it. I think that would be decent enough.

I know you can get an exemption for courses in ACCA if you complete AAT. But does this work for ACCA as well? I am not too sure of this. Best thing to do – go to your nearest college and ask them about this. IT wont take much time and it will save a lot of efforts in judging and thinking. In such cases take advice from the experts 😉
