Hello KIM, Hope u are doing good.
I would like to ask couple of questions.
1,What are the core areas of the AAA syllabus. I realized that in AA, the core areas was Audit RISK (planning), controls, and substantive testing.
2. and Which of the syllabus areas to start with.
Welcome to my AAA forum! Nice to see you again!
1. The best thing to start with is reading page 3 of the Syllabus and Study Guide https://www.accaglobal.com/vn/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p7/syllabus-study-guide.html which summarises what you should expect in each section of the exam.
2. I suggest you follow the order of whatever materials you plan to use – as you have a good grasp of AA – which is essential to AAA – I think you can safely aim to cover a “study phase” as quickly as possible and then get “stuck into” practicing exam style and standard questions.
I recommend to you the “how to tackle” and “read the mind” posts sticky posted at the top of this forum https://opentuition.com/forum/acca-forums/aaa-advanced-audit-and-assurance-forums – BEFORE you start a significant amount of question practice. “Exam technique” for AAA isn’t something to be thought about at the last minute before sitting the exam – it’s really important that you practice it from the outset.
Beautiful
Thank u very much KIM
You are always most welcome!
