Yes, It was not allowing me to submit with the attachment included.
I tried sending it without the attachment and now it has finally sent. But i would like acca to see the attachment with the phone call with the invigilator based in US. Can anyone advise what to do?
I completed a mitigated circumstance and then emailed the complains team attaching a video of my screen and what had happened and pictures as proof. I then called them up (option 4) and asked for them to confirm receipt, although you get a confirmation. They said they would get back to me within 10 working days. I asked that all this documentation is attached to my claim but also that I get a response from senior management as this is the 3rd time I am having to sit this exam because of technical issues on their end.
