Thank you for the reply. But I’m not asking what the meaning of that. I know the meaning. But what I don’t understand is under what kind of question scenario I have to use this brainstorming.

2nd one concerns client/services acceptance, which could be existing client asking for additional service or potential new client (which may or may not be in competitive tendering situation).
If you can tell me what 1 stands for, I might be able to help.
