There is one question on BPP Kit whose answer makes me confused:
Which of the following are non-financial objectives?
(1) Growth of sales
(2) Diversification
(3) Contended workforce
(4) Increase earnings per shareI thought the answer was (2) and (3), and I didn’t choose (1) because growth of sales is directly related to growth in revenue, which is exactly a financial goal, however the correct answer is (1),(2) and (3), and I don’t know why, could you please kindly help me? Thank you so much sir!

This is, I am afraid, typical of what often happens in the exam. (2) and (3) are definitely non-financial, (4) is definitely financial, but (1) looks slightly confusing.
The reason that it is not financial is that it is not measured in $’s (it is a %).
