A question about the Uegent issues taskforce

OpenTuition, FAB/F1 lecture note(March/June 2017) P52
“Uegent issues taskforce” does not mention anything about its current existence, but According to FRC(Financial Reporting Council), The UITF was disbanded on 2 July 2012 as a result of the FRC Reform.
Therefore, should I just study the role of this with knowing that it used to exist, but has been disbanded?
