if u look at your second sentence it goes like:
"A project a statement of the scope, objectives ..."
this was what i was referring to.....

9y ago#1You are correct: my apologies. It should say " A project charter is a statement..." or as they are more or less the same "A project's terms of reference..."
The problem with a lot of stuff on projects is that different writes or project managers define things differently - often deliberately to try to differentiate themselves.
