Good morning, so far in my revision (exam kit and some past exam questions) I don’t seem to have come across a question the Mckinsey’s 7s model.
Please could you advise if there is a question I could look at based on the use of this model?

I don’t think there is one.It just got tested in June 2017. Asked 5 of them, What could have been possibly mentioned? It asked for performance improvement/management using style, structure, strategy. As well as KPIs for each of them.
