Cannot find MCKINSEY 7S specifically referenced in new syllabus..am i right?
It’s not specifically referenced, so you won’t be specifically required to reproduce it. It’s really just a check list of things that need to be considered when trying to implement a new strategy: structure, staff, skills etc.
