If the question is that how to improve Beago’s performance using 7P model, please help me to list up some key points to answer.

Thank you.August 28, 2024 at 1:49 pm #710458The 7P marketing mix model (product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence and process) looks at the tactics (or marketing activities) that an organization can use to satisfy customer needs and position the produce or service clearly in the mind of the customer…..and, often, to differentiate the product or service from those of competitors.
To apply this to a scenario, consider each P in the light of what information you are given in the scenario. For example, you might be told that the product is high quality? If so, then the price should imply that and the promotional activities should be suitable for an up-market product. You might be told that in a service industry there has been a high turnover of staff. If so, you would need to consider how to recruit, train and retain the right replacement staff.
Have a good go at the question then compare your points to those in the model answer.
