Please tell me that where will be the bargaining power of customer will be higher “when the products are standard items or specialized”thanks
Customers’ bargaining power is higher when products are standardised because customers will be able to switch easily to other suppliers. If products are specialised then customers are rather stuck with their one (or few), specialist suppliers who will know their own strength and uniqueness.
