Sir I covered everything from opentuition materials , but I wasn’t able to answer a few questions.
There were many questions about english law
For eg,
In the english legal system, what is the standard of proof in a criminal law case?There is a question about english common law system.
I totally understand that these questions regarding english law are included because the paper is meant to be ” global exam” and I am sorry but I dont remember this topic somewhere in the notes or lectures
I solved the open tuition mock paper and all the questions in that were easy and all from the topic
Did I miss anything?
There are some questions about civil and criminal law..
There is a question about ECJ also..Thank you for this MMA
It seems to me that the only thing missing is a more detailed look at the English legal system even though you write about “many areas”
This is just one area of the syllabus and I shall correct this omission – thanks
As for ECJ, I probably will not do anything about including this in the update given that the UK is leaving European influence at the end of this month!
