Hi sir,
In the suggestion solutions for this question, the performance indicator given for the flexibility dimension is the time taken to complete each job and I don’t really understand why, except for the fact that there might not be any other better option from the figures and scenario given. Are there any explanations for this?

I don’t know why either – it is certainly not a particularly good measure of flexibility at all.
However, appreciate that they are only suggested solutions, and as always other answers are accepted. But as you have written, I can’t think of a better option on the information supplied.
