Hi John,
Could you explain how to calculate the current assets 63,682?
I really don’t follow this
Which current assets are under proposal 3
There is a loss in proposal 3 (ignoring the profit on sale of NCA’s) of 3750 – 1296 – 136 = 2318.
As the examiner explains, this will reduce retained earnings and is deducted from current assets as a cash expense (but could instead be aded to current liabilities).
