I have Kaplan book for f3 2009/10 edition. Can I study for the exam with help of opentution site and this edition or I have to buy new book.

You can still use the Study Text, although if you are watching our lectures then you do not really need to use a Study Text.
However you should buy a current edition of the Revision Kit. The format of the exam has changed and the current Revision Kits contain lots of practice questions, and practice is vital.
