Hi there
with regard to the tax payment at 26%, i struggle to understand why Year 3 (10,387) & Year 4 (2,699) tax cash outflows are occuring in Year 1 & Year 2 respectfully. i could be wrong but the project background does not seem to specify any conditionality with this occurence ( extra tax payment). Thanks awfully.
If you check the additions you will see that it is simply a typing mistake – they should have appeared at time 3 and at time 4.
