Sir in this question of bpp
It says
What is the payment for total production overhead cost shown in the cash budget for September?
But I thought
Cash budgets only talks about cash receivables
Am I wrong sir ?

Yes you are wrong.
Cash budgets are budgeting all cash receipts and payments.

All cash receipts (whether from cash sales or from credit sales) and all cash payments.
