10 k report

I have to complete my project in may 2024

My company is a US based company and has a year end of 31 December 2023,
and so far on the website , only the 10 k report is published

So far i am in a dilemma, as how to proceed further

Can i use the 10 k report for my obu project referencing ?

Or does it have to be the annual report ?

Only the annual report for 31 dec 2022 is published which is the for last year…
