Please tell us in which country you live, and what work do you do.

I live in the Isle of Man, a small island in the middle of the Irish sea. I work for a local accountancy firm, Crowe Morgan, in our audit department.

How much time each week did you spend studying, on average?

I would usually spend 18 hours a week on average depending on what else was going on in my life. This would be for two courses at a time.

Which study resources did you use?

I used Kaplan books, my tutors notes, open tuition lectures and flash cards.

Did you get support from your firm?

Yes, I get lots of support from my colleagues and managers, everyone understands as they have all been in the same situation.

What was your approach to your studying?

Work hard from the beginning and have a clear study plan so not to be in a panic by the time exam day comes.

What would you say was the most important factor that helped you to achieve such a high mark?

Lots of question practice and a bit of luck on the day!

I found it when searching online for help with exams. I use the flash cards and lectures to fill in areas of the syllabus where I am struggling.
