thank you sir john iam doing all the past exams taking ur lectures and especially the written parts
passed with 52% though expected to cross 65 but still no better result than a pass one

I found the exam okay in most areas. Uk variant. Funny enough I was using a 2011 book to study as I had it previously. Clearly didn’t know anything about addition of the bribery act and so due to open tuition notes I crammed the info into my head right before the exam. I hopefully got good marks on that one.Unfortunately I answered negligence causation as “remoteness of damage”. Even quoting the case nearly word for word and realised outside the exam I answered the wrong thing haha. Fingers crossed.

this time i got five out of seven questions dead accurate wrote principles and gave exact case refrences and got scenarios almost done expectiong 55 or 57 atleast
i always seem to miss a question or two in the 7 knowledge based questions never got any scenario question right
i have attempted f4 4 times i got 29 33 36 and 47 i expect to cross 50 this time
well it was 50 % easy 50% difficult because u dont expext but for test contrat scenario was not diffcullt quite similar to june 2010 contract scenario well i did five question in knowledge base very well like Q7 ON COMMON LAW DUTIES Q6 on duties of directors Q1 civil law structure small track fast track multi tarck Q 2 was my best answered i waited for this question to come INTENTION to create legal relation and privity of contract and bribery question and answered Q3 but for test causation done just abt ordinarily and dividend QS 5 just abt ok do i have a chance of passing
it is very use full but i do is dat i put case names eg fisher vs bell , invitation to treat on reminders of my phone so every time a reminder alaram sounds i get to see the case name so dats how i get use to case names and topics
well the thing dude dat when u dont utilize the time time u hv even the number of spare hrs u hve after spending time with ur family if u dont get result u will be kicking u r self for the underutilisation of dat time well just make use of the time think of it that time never comes back TIME is no ones friend just do it and in doing so u may achieve wat u r looking for dats wat i believe in
ooh dont worry : mmarch dat doesnot matter if u forget to fill in the dot for question
