You are averaging students and it’s not very nice thing to do. First of all it’s not worth spending time listening to something you already know from previous exams at a normal speed. Besides, the tutor speaks so that foreign students could understand, English-speaking students can absorb the information at a higher speed.
Also it is beneficial to get information from different sources because every tutor or book have different emphases. S those students who have already read study texts from Kaplan or other source may be interested to browse through the video to get to the point when the tutor explains hard material in different words or when the tutor gives examples from their practice. And as for solving problems, you just pause the video to do the task
