It all kicks off when you start thinking about the equity / goodwill and NCIMay 7, 2013 at 6:10 pm #124813I would turn to the best book on group accounts – Tom Clendon’s “A student guide to group accounts” – second edition it is very focussed, easy to follow and has NO TYPOS! – as well as lots of exercises !!!
