Is there any other reason why it is deficient? Because in the notes about inventory count team it says it is ok to have one who know about inventory and the other person should be independent. And they both go for counting together.

So in the case of Options A & D there is a legal duty to disclose right? So why it didn’t become the answer of this question?

Yes it is from BPP revision Kit 2016-17 but i don’t understand it’s explanation. Thats why I posted here.
