I just want to say one thing.. Acca are getting unfair with the question asking style, their provide us with very few information’s and expects us to answer these question us making the right asumptions… How can that even be possible… in the Transfer pricing question part (b) they were asking that how much to sell internally and externally with the optimum benefit to the company and then in the question it was clearly written that Div B wants 150,000 of adaptors because it wasn’t utilizing its full production capacity, even with the demand of battery be like 180,000… Div A had 200,000 external demand as the question was taking me … it was clearly showing that Div A is full filling both Div B demand and External demand completely..

The i ask from the acca whats the point of asking this kind of question, are u guys trying to confuse us, or u guys dont have any other thing left to ask

I’d be interested to know how other people approached the last question – as there was no BS sheet info, couldnt perform ROCE (etc.) calculations… apart from gross and net profit margin %’s, what other calculations did other people use?
    Thanks

I used C-P/P formula for every other possible calculation .. Because nothing was quiet shown

What was the answer for the quarterly rolling budget question… I choose 880,000 as 3 months in a quarter and increase was 10,000 per month .. I don’t remember it all by I’m not sure I did it right… How foolish of me to loose 2 marks for a just a simple question as that if I’m wrong with 880,000 🙁

How does anyone even remember what they picked for mcqs??
I sat the afternoon paper today- found the mcqs quite tricky and I practiced a fair few of them but I definitely ended up spending too much time on them- I always find time management hard in these exams
I found part B a lot easier but I ended up having to quickly fly through the last few questions due to running out of time and I wasn’t even able to answer the 14 marker on audit risk because of running out of time, was gutted.
Just glad it’s over- I definitely preferred the computer based to paper, no fiddling around with an answer booklet and I preferred having to type quickly rather than write quickly.

Glad this night mare is over…. i also never remember what i answered the questions with, and am amused how come these guys remember …. may be they are very sharp

Just do it.. no reason to be asking for opinions…. all papers difficulty is almost the same from (F5 to P3) so combine any paper with any it does’t really matters.
