Hello guys. I paid late for my submission that is earlier on this week and the portal says that your results are being withheld. Does it mean that the RAP is being investigated by Exam Conduct Officer or it is for the fact that I paid late?. Previously, the portal was saying the RAP is not yet marked and I am still waiting to receive an official email from OBU with the results.
