My 9th attempt … FAILED!
1st Attempt – 35%
2nd Attempt – 39%
3rd Attempt – 44%
4th Attempt – 40%
5th Attempt – 45%
6th Attempt – 42%
7th Attempt – 46%
8th Attempt – 40%
9th Attempt – 45%I am determined to not be DISCOURAGED! I will keep going on. I think ACCA should give detailed individual feedback on exam performance upon request. It will be very useful. I am NOT ashamed. I will keep at it. All of my other exams were fine EXCEPT this one. I have never had this many fails on my ACCA Journey.

Passed with a B!!!!! I am super happy!!!! Thanks Trephena and my mentor!!! WOW ….its not even the 22nd of March as yet in my country….lol

Yes that’s the advantage of living in the Caribbean! 🙂 I am used to getting my ACCA results at 8 pm the evening before the day of the results.

Hi Trephena, I live in the Caribbean. So I guess if i am successful my graduation ceremony will be in the UK right? On their website already it has dates of graduation and venue in June 🙂
I would like to know …subsequent to results being posted your dashboard on Oxford Brookes University Portal…how long after would you receive an official email stating your grade and also an invitation to graduation? Can someone help me.
My mentor warned me about repeating what the graphs clearly demonstrates. He said its a waste of words that can be used elsewhere. So I did just that and try to focus on what caused the fluctuations in the ratios. At first I thought 7,500 words is a ridiculous amount since I have never done a research project this big before. Half way through I realized that 7,500 words is really nothing.
Well done to the moderator of OBU Forum. I have learned alot from this forum throughout the entire process. I may not share in topics so often as others but truly it has been a help to me. Keep up the good work Trephena!

Thanks Ehsan. I really needed that! I will begin this week to study for my professional papers so that I can be distracted until results release.
I have submitted. I thought I would have felt relieved but now I am super anxious. My first submission and I really don’t want to fail. I have found my self reading the Marker’s Feedback forum over and over and over about other students who failed 🙁 reading the same comments twice and three times. I think I submitted a RAP that will pass…but it still weighs on my mind if i left out anything or if I didn’t used my comparator properly… urrghhhh! Where is March 22nd, 2011?????
I understand what you are saying Trephena. Are there any models you can suggest for someone doing this topic?
yes thats true. All the models I have seen so far assessed the effectiveness of the internal audit/internal review activities rather than the costs and benefits. I’m still hunting…
Congratulations to all who have passed. For those who failed you did well also. Some people dont even have the courage to even submit a project out of fear of failing at first attempt. So just pick yourself up and resumbit. It will be worth it i’m sure. Has anyone passed or failed on topic 11?
