No that would not have been an issue due to which you may have failed and getting a review due to this will be a waste of time and money.

Focus on 2 repeats and if you really really want then add P1 only if you have already done the syllabus and only practice is left. Otherwise focus on the 2 repeats.

Stop worrying these things don’t mean anything, just wait a few more days.

I will like to know this as well, what happens if we don’t complete our relative working experience and don’t become a member? Do we lose our affiliate status after a certain time or what?

You can look at the examiner reports of both Sep and Dec sessions and see for yourself how similar or different they were.

Well you guys can all write to ACCA and let them know how disappointed you are with the exam paper and it’s difficulty. That’s the best way to give them feedback 🙂

Loss of fee and time, that’s about it. Will show up as absent on your report instead of fail.

They must have been quite similar, no other logical reason for ACCA to not publish those exam questions.

Firstly, I think you are not calculating the values correctly on the Gift of Asset, as you are supposed to deduct all of the taxed benefits since providing the car till the sale.

Secondly, in case of gift of car we always take the M.V when sold to employee less contribution as this gives higher value always.

Trading profits can be overlapped and we write the overlap in the margin.

However, losses are not to be overlapped, that’s why for 14/15 only those losses which have not been already used in 13/14 are taken which is 9000-3000.

The answer by BPP is correct.

We will not allow the losses to overlap again in 15-16 and will do 14400-3600 to get 10800 loss for 15-16.

    Hope that you understand.

Incorrect, answer is “C” as available NRB will be $325000-$150000 (as we will reduce the NRB by the gross chargeable amount of transfer 7 years prior to this PET)

Meaning it’s used by all employees of the company, so not a taxable benefit for the employee you are calculating benefits for.

Incorrect, Answer is C, if the doner pays the tax on lifetime transfers, there will be 25% tax not 20%.

I agree with ” Chris “, ACCA has strange policies, which at times make one wonder if ACCA cares more about making money or helping students.

If they really cared about students, the four sessions a year should have been implemented years ago. And posting the exam papers for all the sessions is a must, don’t know what they think they can accomplish from their lazy attitude of only posting papers of 2 sessions.

I humbly request ACCA to post the exams of all the sessions if they truly care about their students!

Passed by the grace of Allah, with Upper Second Class due to my f4-f9 average 😛

To those who didn’t pass, I strongly suggest to take help from a recognized mentor.

Thanks for the help opentuition and it’s staff for making it easier for us 🙂

Both of the links posted did not show good signs last time to a couple of my friends who were finalists. They ended up becoming affiliates, so keep your fingers crossed, the links don’t mean anything anymore in my opinion.

What more proof do you guys want? Now stop worrying about the links!
