I took discounted payback ,but i think i made mistake it was asking just payback period
First i took only factoring option favorable ,then i saw that in settlement discount it says that bad debts fell by 5 % which i didn’t considered in my settlement discount calculations.After corecting it i reached to conclusion that both options are favorable
? got Positive NPV ,why you guys reached to negative ? Does anyone remember whole question ? I got positive npv and calculated IRR,PAYBACK, ARR based on CFs of NPV which i considered inflation on sales , variable ,fixed cost , investment and residual value .What else calculations you made and reached to negative ? If it should be negative ,then all my calculations will be nil ?
mbangwal,congrats. 20 days for just reading syllabus ? It is difficult to handle both work and exam preparation.So, open tuition videos for my understanding of topics ,then notes and practicing with bpp is enough i guess?
Hi everyone ,i attempted tax rus and failed with 37 marks.Now i am planning to prepare for UK TAX .Could you please give me advices about which heads i need to focus more on,which matrrials do i need to use ,is just bpp revision kit and past papers enough for preparation? Minimum in how many days i can be ready for march sitting?
About project Z calculation.i took cost of electricity 30m from year 0 and for further 5 years.Also initial investment 25m i took as year 0.Theni got CF and discounted.After this i applied tax to CF then calculated NPV .without taking tax benefit of initial investment as in requirement it says not tax allowable.And there was also information that 27% decrease in emmision.But I didn’t know in which I should use it.Is there anyone calculated like I did?
