I am following OT notes & videos and also BPP material for F1. Came across these structures in BPP material , but could not understand well. Thought to take a help from you on these. But Thank you for the help to let me know that it is not in the syllabus. I will check in Google just to get an idea of the concept. 🙂
Centralised organisation is one in which authority / decision making is concentrated at one place. It offers greater control & Co-ordination.
Decentralisation implies delegation & autonomy to the lower levels of the organisation. It offers flexibility.
