SELLNG PRICE
Y= 600
X= –Direct materials ($50 per kg)
Y = 200
X = 150Direct labour ($20 per hour)
Y = 80
X = 120Apportioned fixed overheads ($15 per hour)
Y= 60
X= 90May 4, 2017 at 4:58 pm #384852How i arrived to that figure was, i assumed an hour as 60 mins, 60/1200 = 0.05
return per factoery hour = 80/0.05 = 1600
i was trying to figure our how much time would it take to produce a unit in minutes rather than in hours. 🙂
