    The paper was fair and balance. Q9a was on separate legal entity and q9b lifting the veil of incorporation.

    Very good paper, the cash flow threw me off, but the questions were fair, I made some small errors here and there but all in all expect 50%.

    Glad to see my dividend in question 2 was correct. My consolidation and SOFP in 2 didn’t balance, I love question 5 and question 4 was OK.

    the question clearly stated both material and tailors were in short supply therefore limited and shadow prices had to be calculated for both.

    Opentuition, thank you very much, you really made the material very clear and easier to grasp, keep up the good work. Overall the paper was very good, i attempted all questions and I believed I should gain the 50 marks for pass. I believe the paper was about 55% theoretical which gave me the opportunity to gain a bit more marks than with straight calculations.
