April 26, 2012 at 4:24 pm #95425My initial thought was that the Fitzgerald and Moon dimensions of Performance were strictly meant to assess the performance of a service industry, and BCG is used to assess whether an industry has got a balanced portfolio.Whilst the Poter’s 5 assesses competitiveness in a markeplace.
I would assume, and want to agree with mrfaizankhan, that there is no “one-way-rule” as to measuring the performance of a service industry. It depends on how the question is phrase. But if in doubt as to what measures to use, stick to the dimensions of Performance.
