Does anyone read past exam of any year with ABB. I don’t think such question would be in the history of ACCA. The examiner just wanted to surprise candidates…..

Performance measurement is determining how well is the organization performing (Identifying area of poor performance and are of strong performance) while performance management is taking actions to improve the area where performance is poor.
