Thanks m8 @u4612268 whatever your name is thanks for your responce.
I’m already working in an Audit firm. I’ll be an ACCA member in about 8 months. I know how successful I could be in my field but that’s not my aim. I also understand that the things and the depth of accountancy I know is only because of ACCA. You can ofcourse never compare an MBA with ACCA, ACCA is way to ahead in knowledge. But the thing I’m concerned about is that how can HEC not understand and make logical comparisons, I did my ACCA from BPP London, and UK Naric issued me a compatibility certificate saying my Acca fundamental level is equivalent to Bsc, based upon that certificate I can get admission in any good Uni for further studies but how can HEC not think same way.
I hope someday things get betterFebruary 19, 2016 at 8:36 pm #301189Hi
I forget to ask one thing in my last post,
I want to choose airline industry incase I need to prepare new project, so would it be wise to worn upon etihad and emirates airlines? Or should I look for some other companies?

February 19, 2016 at 8:33 pm #301188Hi everyone,
I need to ask a few things, I was referred to ACO in my last submission, and after clarifying myself I got out of that situation but I was asked to resubmit the project and no marks were allocated. I worked on topic 8
I want to ask do I need to make the project from scratch as in topic 8 there is a benchmark for industries to be chosen from, or can I resubmit my previously prepared project.
Further more in case I need to prepare new project do I need to re write the intro and all the definitions again as my pervious project has already passed through turnitin and it might show matched content.
Lastly I want to ask that before submitting the project can students them self pass the project through turnitin or is it considered to be a bad practice?
I’ll be anxiously waiting for your reply as I want to start working upon the project for May submission
Thanks again
November 18, 2015 at 11:14 am #283575Hi everyone
I received email from my ACO asking a reason for changing my company for analysis. I replied him with legemate reason that after being failed in my first submission in 2013 I moved to pakistan from UK so It was logical for me to work on a company based in Pakistan. However I did not update my addresses with Acca and OBU.
ACO got back to me today with a reply that it is a critical issue and he needs to confirm it with ACCA and OBU about my current residency. I replied with and told him that I did not update my address, however I have been sitting in Acca exams in Pakistan since 2014 and my tution providers are also in Pakistan he can verify from them, I also have my passport as a profe of travel, he can also confirm from UKBA about my current residency. I also told him that I have utility bills as proof of my current residency in Pakistan.
I would like to ask is it a bad practice to not update the addresses.
What could be possible outcome.
Thanks in advanceOctober 24, 2015 at 6:04 pm #278742Dear trephena,
I’ve received an email from my ACO, it states that my SLS has matched with another student as turnitin report has identified it as 3% plagiarism. Except that all that research was my own work.
I know some how i ended up copying it form some online forum. I am also aware that other then accepting it i don’t have a choice.
I would like to ask what could be the possible outcomes after accepting.October 15, 2015 at 9:51 pm #276571@doeen, hi there your ACO should contact you back in a few days n tell you why you are upheld for this. He might say you have 40% plagiarism as per turnitin. And you need to justify that by telling him how you did your research.
Please let everyone know about any further emails.
