hi sir…i wanted to ask something..
during calculations, if u feel the number is not right, so if we invent a hypothetcal number by saying “assume the no. is so and so”, and carry on the remaining steps, so, does the examiner consider it, and give marks for the right steps?

so basically the countries suffering from high gearing, and liquidity problems, are being given more loans by European Union, ECB and IMF???
why did the interest rates rise???? and in the construction boom, why did real estate rates start falling leading to real estate bubble?

thanks a lot Sir john and dazhong. one more thing: what about PV of tax shield on SUBSIDISED LOAN…..is it compulsory to discount it on Rf rate, since its offered by govt, or is this also upto our choice…..?
