I thought question (i) was about the company aswell. I missed (Ii) as I ran out of time. Is it possible to still pass it I missed out on clear 18marks ?

I missed out two questions overall. One was a 8 marker on part (ii) of the first question and I missed out a 5 marker on the second question as I ran out of time. I overan the first question by a lot. Not feeling very confident either. I didn’t do very well in p1 June either. But I felt June exam was very hard. This one was ok. I hope I’ve scraped it.

I am totally gutted about this exam. Spent months revising, only to find literally everything I had learnt didn’t come
up. I did questions 2&3. I felt the professional ethical principles kept cropping up between 1,2&3.

I got a little confused about the NED and the chairman of audit committee question at the end. Was there a conflict of interest?

The 3 e’s question threw me back a little. Got p3 and p5 in September- motivation and confidence is 0 now as this was my first p exam :'(
