I still cannot connect to the chatroom but I can access it from work so something is obviously wrong with my home computer. The only thing that has happened since I last was able to access the chat room is that I have changed Internet provider so will give them a ring tomorrow when I have more time and hopefully can join the session on saturday. Thanks for your help.

I tried to join the session today but kept getting the message “unable to connect to the server”. I’ve followed all the suggestions from O/T support without success, any other suggestions as to how to join the session next week?
