First time pass 60% agree with lulu95. Didnt learnt the models. You can pass with limited knowledge of them and general understanding of business and strategy.

I struggled to interpret the questions to be honest, didn’t work out if any models were applicable. NPV critical assessment was ok, same for e-marketing, ethics, main risks, letter to employees. But didn’t feel confident when answering. Didn’t work out what that new approach has involved and how to link it to corporate governance. Run out of time to complete all questions. Just stated that separation of Chairman and CEO positions should be if they were seeking full listing

I agree with this. I was glad there wasnt loads to read but at the same time it was limited and didnt give you enough to give context to what they did. Didnt understand what they really did or wanted to achieve. Hate tech scenarios.

Did anyone sit this exam in Manchester? How was your CBE experience?

This is interesting you say that, I feel the same and am considering paper based, if available, for my next one – F6 as is so computational. Anyone else done F6 and how did they find CBE?

First attempt – 69% not sure how, thought I did really badly. Puzzling, but obviously very happy! :D. Well done to all for your attempts, pass or fail.
