May 16, 2018 at 11:18 pm #452357In addition to whom do the working papers prepared by the internal auditors in providing direct assistance on the audit engagement belong to (EA or IA)?
Can the WPs be used by an EA to provide credible evidence to protect them against a negligence liability suit brought on them?

April 12, 2018 at 10:23 pm #446445Woooow!!!! reading all these posts I cannot help but empathise with the immense pressure, toll and sheer anxiety that qualifying as an ACCA Finalist has put on all our lives (me included). I agree with @rhyscallely and a select few, link theories are utterly pointless.
Came out of the Dec17 having answered 95% of the P5 exam and I was confident to atleast achieve a pass only to get a 44%.
My advice, expect the worst….so that when you pass you will be delightfully surprised rather than be deflated if you do the opposite.
Good luck to all of us.
March 9, 2018 at 10:16 pm #441932In Q4, did anyone use the mid-spot in calculating the lock-in futures price? I think my brain was fried by the time I got to this point rushing to stay within my time allocation. I agree fair exam but we shall see. Good luck everybody
January 15, 2018 at 7:28 am #429758Fail 44. , I had taken a break from ACCA for 4.5years as I left my country for the US to pursue further studies. I came back home in Oct 17 and realised that as from Dec 17 the 7yr rule would kick in if i didn’t pass this time round now I have to redo P2 which I had priorly passed…, and in March if to complete I loose P1 and P3, sooo depressed right now!!!!
