    In (a)(ii),4 circumstances ofredundancy, shall i express the answer in an essay form?

    However the answers given by past year questions about explanation of an act was of point form. So shall I write out the answer by sentence?

    I’m so sorry i do not get what u meant. Shouldn’t I include priciple of law, Acts, Sections, cases names in my answer?

    Does it means that i’m allowed to answer an question concerning Dissolution of P/ship in this way :
    “By 37(d) provides that…………., then the other partners may apply to the court for dissolution. An example may be seen in the case of (cheeseman v price).”
    instead of quoting what had happened in this case?

    So sorry for my questions being missed out : what is meant by “illustrate by stating the case of authority ( in brackets ) and underlined”? Do i have to put case name in brackets and underline it?

    Does it mean that if i could write out those within the study notes which required by questions , it is possible for me to achieve a 9/10 marks?
