This is exactly what happened to me too, same exam. The exam was fine until I pressed exit at the end, program was not responding and then crashed but browser lock and webcam was still on but no way of communicating with anyone so had to restart the computer. Myacca was down so couldn’t contact them to find out if my exam had been submitted, finally managed to email them and got a reply this morning, 4 days later, saying “it seems you have completed your exam. You shall receive a confirmation within 48 hours”.
