    Yes I have attempted the question myself.
    But because there are no rights issue so I didn’t consider fraction. Then I checked the answer in the lecture notes and it did not match.
    Also I don’t know what to do about restating the comparative part.

    I used the given discounting tables only but I calculated the PV separately for each year.

    Now I understand both parts but I still have one doubt in 1(a) why was annuity table used instead of present value table.
