@pranav96…Great then, so you have nothing to worry about. Don’t worry about the congratulatory mail….pat yourself on the shoulder by your self cuz you did an amazing job….it wasn’t an easy journey.
@eda91, I am assuming that u sad, AFM, APM, or SBR. since I know the first question in these exams are usually 50 marks, with 4 professional marks inclusive (most of the time).
My own options were AFM and APM…so I really do not know much about AAA & ATX. But I quess it’s the same for both papers too.
@eda91, question 1 in usually 46marks with 4 marks as professional marks ( 46 +4=50 marks for question 1). I don’t know how ACCA marks but it might be that real marks per question is separated from the professional mark. Meaning you might have scored say 23/46 for the questions, and say 1/4 for Professional marks…which will mean you actually passed all the sections but scored poorly on Professional marks.
Well, it’s just my own opinion as I cannot think of any other reason why you will pass all the 3 sections and still fail.
(23+1+12.5+12.5=49)…..assuming.
Please do not give up, it can be hard but you will be happy at the end. Just retake the exam again.
I just got Affiliated too, I haven’t received that congratulatory mail yet. Though it’s a little pat on the shoulder, it doesn’t matter and I don’t think we should really be concern to the extent of calling ACCA especially if our names are on the ACCA just Affiliated List. The person who should be worried is the guy whose name is not on the list.
He should check his myacca account to make sure he had ticked “yes, include in list of pass Affiliates”. If you had not ticked yes, I guess even if you tick now, it won’t be added. But again I don’t think that is a problem still once your my acca account is up to date.I still have more than 3 years to become a member since I have no prior experience and may have to start working in about a years time, so as Sir Kim suggested that the mail may be directed to people who are still to complete PER….I do not think so. I quess ACCA just has so much on their plate especially with the glitch that occurred in Ireland.
I can’t believe I’m finally an ACCA AFFILIATE,, 52% on 2nd attempt.

@Chartac, I can see you are extremely nervous, Don’t border, I’m in the same boat with you, just trying to be calm, though I already feel It won’t go well.
@ryanwilkes1985 I had 43% with about 3 weeks of preparation on self study. I have a problem with CBE. My speed on the computer is terrible, that’s why I am really scared.
In March 2021, a attempted a little under 70% of the paper SBR, I was so confused in the hall and wasn’t sure about my answers. I couldn’t think properly cuz I spent the whole night studying. I left the exam hall crying. I was expecting about 35%, but on results night, shockingly, I had 53%.
Waiting for APM now, I attempted only about 75% of the paper and since APM is more subjective with less calculations, I am not expecting a pass, I attempted roughly the same 75% in September sitting and failed. Though I feel the quality of my answers improved a little, I’m still not sure of scrapping 50/75.
@PAMFRED, me too. I have already flagged my self as “failed”. I have already told my husband that it’s a fail again. Though it’s painful but there’s nothing one can do. I will rather Monday comes as a surprise. I have let down all hopes already.
@Kim Smith. Dear Sir, we the students really appreciate your support and follow up on this forum despite the fact that it’s free. It’s really amazing to see that you read each and every post we make. We are very grateful. I have self studied since PM only with Opentuition ( from 2019) and I am very grateful. When I start working ( I am a stay at home mom), I pray I do not forget to give back. I particularly cannot forget, how John Moffat made AFM very simple for me, Sir chris made SBR fun…and you Sir, for all the timely replies.
Though the anxiety can’t seem to go. APM seems to really be messing me up as I want to Affiliate before starting to job -hunt.
Guess I have failed then… very sad.
I passed all my professional papers on first attempt. This APM is my last paper and it’s my 2nd attempt. Now I can’t seem to control my tears.
Is there Any one in Africa here who received the email?
Finalist Awaiting APM too. I’m really nervous as I’m expecting a marginal pass or fail. I struggled with time management on my last question which was on Agenti A score had only 15 minutes for it.
@avbosip seems to me like the results have been uploaded very early this time around. In previous sittings, it’s was usually on Thursday leading to the Monday results day. Since it’s all CBE now and no paper base, marking may have finished earlier than previous sittings, maybe in future, ACCA Could consider releasing results on Friday instead of Monday.

I’m awaiting APMI quess it was information at the 3 different levels of decision making…which was mentioned in the question ( Operational, Tactical and Strategic).
By the way, I’m not sure anymore but I hope I’m right.
You are right. The exam was so limited in scope. Considering how broad the syllabus is. It only tested almost only on 3 areas.
I also assume ACCA wants to train and test us on working under pressure cuz I have never completed any ACCA Paper since skills level ( except AFM). And this is my last paper. The information is always much. I always feel pressured half way into almost all my exams no matter how calm I try to be.

Q 3 Sleline..Argenti A score.It was a fair paper, but I always have a problem with time management, especially with CBEs. I hate it. I had only 20 mins for question 3 which I think was an easy question. I rushed and mostly have generic answers and didn’t even finish the question. All I’m praying for is a 50%
