I understand the system of double entry. Just can’t seem to remember journal entries since there are soooo many scenarios this can apply to. I meant to ask for example for pension, could we be added what the journal entries for current service cost be?
The answer is Dr current service cost (p&l) and cr PV obligation.
Are we supposed to remember such sort of things?
In the music co question, I kinda advised they shouldn’t implement ABB because they currently have other bigger issues to deal with. For example the Finance director left because the 4 shareholders managed the 4 departments and would set their budgets how they liked. Even if they implement ABB, they haven’t dealt with this yet so it’ll be difficult for ABB to affect anything. Does this make sense to anyone, can I hope to score some marks on this?

Did anyone have the veggie pot question? They had asked us to calculate the cost gap and had given the cost per batch and the selling price. I read the situation multiple times but just couldn’t figure out how many units were in each batch (to be able to calculate cost per unit). What did you all do?
