I dropped every now and then some words like – aquiring competitor business could only have apparent synergies and be a value trap if that operating profit is not reviewed to make sure the assumptions were relevant.

To be honest morning exam seems more interesting and logic- our was really stupid! I couldnt think of Any relevant theory- on competitive advantage on charity I was like wtf dude! Same operational manager asked to do it project management- stupid again!
Was a quite odd exam- you could have an IT project manager sitting it and probably randomly pass it!Hi guys – i don’t understand why some comment about Leadership style and some other- i just wonder was morning exam different than evening??! My god, I forgot what was SBL all about and seeing comments makes me nervous! I pray I scored 50! The Waiting is painful
I evaluated with 30% every year and then taxed in year 4 the gain…
Anyway got bonkers NPV, i hope to score on most of other calcualations done right

NPV with remittance, Hedging (currency)Overall was not a bad exam but I’d like to see ACCA formulating some data with more clarity. It’s not like in real life you don’t ask for clarifications.
