Dear concern (respected Sir/ Madam)

I want to complete my RAP on period 32 which is 18 th May 2016 latest .

For professional Ethics module 31 St March Thursday 2016 is latest date .

Can I complete my professional Ethics module on August , September 2015 although I will submit my RAP (for period 32 ) by 18 May 2016 .

( note I have completed my f1-f9 by 1 St of August 2015 )

Please let me know . I appreciate your time and help in advance .

Dear concern

CGT £200000(500000-300000)

As all sales proceeds has been reinvested eligible for rollover relief.

So £200000 wasn’t deducted from leasehold factory £600000 to get the base cost !!

Is that only because leasehold property was sold on February 2015 ?
If the sale on feb 2015 wasn’t mentioned then we would have £ (600000-200000)= £ 400000 base cost of leasehold factory ..
Is it correct !!!
and what happens to the base cost in my given situation.

Plz let me know
