@NatalieB I guess you’ll have to wait for the Prizewinner email to find out. I got 71… but I doubt that it’s the top 10 in the world, because people do get marks in 80/90’s as well.
October 19, 2020 at 12:13 pm #590442I scored 77% in ATX in the first attempt. Really happy as I had too many breakdowns while studying for this paper.
My sole advice here would be:
1) Go through the study manual twice atleast before starting questions
2) Do the entire BPP question bank (around 45 questions) atleast twice
3) Attempt atleast 2-3 mock papers before the exam in timed conditions (available in the BPP question bank)Lastly, remember that no matter how much you practice, you will forget rules, it’s inevitable. There were questions I had done 3 times, yet I forgot some aspects in them. That’s a part of this paper. Just note down your mistakes, and read them again and again. There will be breakdowns, but keep strong and keep practicing. It’s all worth it in the end!!

October 17, 2020 at 4:40 pm #589589Hi guys. I contacted ACCA regarding the Affiliate email yesterday and got a response today. This may be as good as an official response so sharing it with you all:
Dear Miss ——,
Thank you for your email.
We’re really sorry for a communications error that has led to some confusion, please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Examination results from the September session this year are officially due to be released on Monday the 19th of October 2020 however, many students such as yourself have received an email in advance congratulating them on becoming an ACCA affiliate. Rest assured, the email is genuine and accurate.
Kind regards,
Rajpaul
ACCAOctober 16, 2020 at 8:16 pm #589324@jonathan yes even I received this email today afternoon. Some people contacted ACCA and they said that we should not rely on the email as a final confirmation and the results on 19th would be final. However the email does seem to be legitimate. For more discussion on the same, go on the countdown to Sep 2020 exams forum.
