Does anyone know how to complain to ACCA about this via the ACCA portal – i had the same issues about scrolling and also not being able to view the scenario and question at the same time!!!

I complained via the exam section in myacca under ‘mitigating circumstances’. My exam performance was affected through no fault of my own, so I didn’t want to just submit a general complaint which may be viewed differently

I know, it was awful. ACCA should take our concerns seriously and I’m hoping everyone affected lets them know. It’s completely unacceptable for them to provide computers that don’t even have the most basic functionality, and then just expect everyone to get on with it as though it’s fine.

I have complained to ACCA regarding the technical issues you have mentioned via the ‘mitigating circumstances’ section in ‘myacca’. I spent a ludicrous amount of time scrolling left to right and up and down, whilst trying to read the enormous amounts of text and data they put in each scenario. Then to compound this I wasnt even able to progress from one question to another without trying 20 times to do it. Like you, I couldn’t see the question when I was writing the answer. It was so stressful and time consuming and my performance definitely suffered because of it. This CBE was simply not fit for purpose
